This lot is a nice size ,centrally located ,seconds from the pool, mini golf, playground, basketball court , the creek
Bath-house, and laundry room . also there is another pool for adults only at the other end of the resort.
Enjoy the mountain scene and nature trails. There is a catch and release pond and a golf course is located next door
When you exit the resort, Gatlinburg is only 10 miles , pigeon forge is 15 miles.
This resort has permanent residents and we ask all of our guest to respect them and keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm to 6am.
Please do not leave garbage at night because the animals will mess with it,
Before checking out please make sure you didn't forget anything and and take all trash with you and leave the lot clean , we don't want to be fined by the HOA.
