Black Hills NF Dispersed off FS 240

A small forested pullout within Black Hills National Forest sits just off FS 240 near Atlantic Hill — quiet, sheltered from the road, and well-suited to a van or tent. The access road is navigable by smaller vehicles including minivans, though the actual turnoff sits a short distance past where mapping apps typically indicate. A gate closes the road further up the path, so camping is best just before that point.
