Holiday RV Park

Holiday RV Park accommodates RVs up to 70 feet with full hookups and pull-through sites designed for easy maneuvering. Located just off Interstate 5 in Phoenix, the campground charges $47-$50 per night and provides standard amenities including restrooms, showers, WiFi, and a dump station.

A creek runs alongside the property, creating a natural boundary that several guests appreciate. The pull-through layout eliminates backing challenges for larger rigs, while staff members prepare welcome packages with site maps for late arrivals. Butch S. found it "clean, spacious and conveniently located," though he notes the coin-operated showers take two minutes to heat up.

The campground serves as a convenient overnight stop for travelers, with easy access from major highways. Sites include older permanent residents alongside transient campers. A swimming pool provides recreation for overnight guests, and the property maintains grassy areas suitable for pets. Road noise from nearby highways reaches some sites despite the creek's presence.

Staff members receive consistent praise for helpfulness, and the facility offers dump station services to non-guests for $8. For those exploring the broader region, campgrounds around Phoenix provide additional options. The location works well for travelers needing a straightforward stop with full services.

Many campers appreciated the spacious pull-through sites and helpful staff at this convenient I-5 location. Several guests noted the clean facilities and dump station services, though highway proximity creates mixed experiences with noise levels.

Great Stop!

My family and I stopped here for an overnight stay. We got in around midnight when no staff was on, but they made sure to have a welcome package for us with a direct map to our spot (super helpful). The site is easy to maneuver with all pull through spots to avoid how tricky it is to back up a big rig! There’s also a beautiful little river that runs through the property making the spot a beautiful place to stop. Would definitely stay again!

A nice place to stay. There’s a creek running along side the park and a nice grassy area for pets. The sites are pull thru, making it easy. Right off of I-5 so easy to find.

One of several RV parks to make it through the fire of 2020

This park is one of several that came through the fire.   Years ago HWY 99 was dotted with RV stopping places from Ashland tp Medford.  We stopped in to empty our tanks.  The desk staff were friendly and helpful.   For 8 bucks we were able to dump, rinse and fill up our fresh water (Two different hoses duah)[  With the close proximity to both I-5 and HWY 99 we found the park surprisingly quiet,  We have family in Medford so we didn't stay in the park, but wouldn't hesitate to do so if this park was elsewhere.

Not dispersed!

We didn't actually stay here. We just want people who filter the app for dispersed camping to know that this is NOT dispersed.

Very Nice Folks

Nice place, clean, large areas to maneuver into your spot. Great place. If there is one issue its tge .25 cents for an 8 minute shower. Not that the cost is an issue, its that it takes two minutes for the water to heat up. Not an issue for an old Army guy like me but could be for you. But in the grand scheme of things no issues! Clean, spacious and conveniently located!

Average at best

Located right off the freeway in Phoenix the local greenway runs right alongside the campgrounds. The new freeway overpass is a pain and homeless are known to frequent the area.
