This is in a very poor neighborhood

This is in a rough neighborhood and is a very poverty stricken area.  The fees were low and this was a last minute choice when the driveway we were going to use wasn't big enough.  This is not really a recreational place.  I have lived in poor conditions before so I don't want to talk bad about the place or how people have to live.  The bathroom was really awful.
