Easy, Quick Access from Exit 23 on Interstate 73/74 in south-central North Carolina onto spacious RV parking area alongside beautiful large pond, presently for boon docking ONLY with own potable water. 48-hour maximum stay. Catch & Release fishing ONLY. 3-4 hours drive to beaches, 20 minutes from the Rockingham Speedway and an hour from the Piedmont Triad. In the future, Phase 2 will incorporate more amenities and services for longer-term stays with full services. Phase 3 to incorporate secluded mountain cabins alongside a lovely large pond with picnic areas, primitive camping sites, hiking trails and mountain biking!
