Description
This is a private RV campsite in a country road setting. You will enjoy 50-, 30-, and 20-amp service, plus water and sewer connections. There is a 20' x 22' garage that serves as a party and hangout shelter. There is also a storage building and a small concrete slab for a barbecue and outdoor dining table.
A beautiful sunset can be enjoyed overlooking a neighboring dairy farm.
Close to Point Au Roche State Park, Lake Alice Primitive Wilderness, and Lake Champlain. Only 10 minutes to Plattsburgh and 60 minutes to the Adirondack High Peaks.
This property is in one of the best bicycle riding townships in the country. The Chazy area is well known for great roads, rolling countryside terrain, some nice climbs and that beautiful Lake Champlain shoreline.
