Unsafe. Unclean. Unprofessional. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 2 mins

Zero stars. I'm not overly picky about amenities, but this place was in shambles. First, there were 2 young women in the front office smacking gum with their feet on the counter. One handed me a map showing my spot, then told me that the restrooms (I only saw one for the entire facility and it shared the space with the washer/dryer) were closed from 6 to 8am and then from 3 to 5pm for cleaning--prime time for this senior's 70-year-old bladder. The spot I was assigned had a 30-degree drop and 6-foot reach to the utilities...not doable for my 18-foot camper van, so I went back to the office and asked if I could move to another space. They said no. I said that I would have to go somewhere else because I paid for, and required power, water, and bathroom facilities and they said ok, but that they had a no-refund policy since I was cancelling on the day of arrival. I said that I paid for 2 days and asked that one be refunded. They didn't even blink and again declined so I backtracked 22 miles to the Albuquerque (east) KOA, which was lovely.

SiteDidn't stay.

One of the cleanest parks East of ABQ

My wife and I traveling west, and found this park. More importantly, our main purpose for stopping here was to get 100% of the eclipse, Also needed a week's stay to do laundry, restock groceries, and rest from short stints along the way. The staff were very welcoming. If I recall, most sites are pull-throughs. Our site and adjacent sites were not level. However, Our fifth-wheel auto alignment overcame this. This campground offers propane, firewood and has a clean laundry room.  Walmart is just on the other side of the interstate.

Big rig and dog friendly

All sites have full hookups and most are pull through. There are two fenced in dog parks. While it seemed close to I40 you could not hear the traffic. Showers and laundry as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean, Safe, and Great Service

We stayed here for two nights in November. We arrived after dark and escorted to our pull through site. Clean, easy hook up, and nice presentation. Bathrooms and showers were clean and accessible 24/7. We travel with two dogs and one child. The trash pick-up was a bonus. I will stay there again when rolling in to visit family.

Decent

Nice little rv park in the desert. I was told that it’s been updated and looks much nicer than it had. There are 2 dog potty areas, a play set for the kids and a room with laundry units, restrooms and showers. I like how they drive around in a cart and pick up trash. Pretty convenient.

Overnight stop

We called ahead and got the last available site. Person I talked to was very cheerful and helpful. FHU including cable and everything worked well. Some highway noise but not terrible. Nice kids playground and a dog area. Can't review toilets or showers but a lot of updates going on and looked nice. We would stay again.

Like Family

Everyone goes out of their way to help you....I'm a newbie....so for me that was real important. The park is in an ideal location, right at the interstate...about 15 minutes from Albuquerque...yet still nestled in enough to give it a peaceful surrounding.

Clean, good amenities

Good place to stop near Albuquerque. Right off the highway but traffic noise wasn’t too bad at night. Showers and laundry were clean. Has an enclosed area for dogs and playground for kids.

Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset

Great place, inexpensive. Clean nice showers and laundry open on 10/17/2020. Definitely recommended. Would give five stars with a pool etc.

Modern Campground

Lots of amenities ,but as of this visit date, due to COVID, some of these are closed. Well laid out with nice views of country side. Slight freeway noise but OK IMO. Concrete pad and nice pea gravel in site - virtually no dust/dirt. Spacious too.

Main issue was the water. After sitting in hose for many hours it would turn yellow to orange.

Running several gallons through would result in clear water again. We wouldn’t drink it. This was in the 1300 row.

Non-sense and unefficient place

Due to Covid-19, before make an reservation, when check- in to make sure gas grill on plaza is available. Answer was yes. Walked almost 1000 feet and was not working all 4 grills. Had to come back to tv ( forgot my phone), call office. They said we should call office let them know then they will come over connect the gas. 15 min Walked there over again, still not working. Called office, we will send someone shortly and didn't get any help rest of night .

Like other review, horrible ant attack (lots of ant 🐜 holes) and bugs on site Called office, they came and sprinkled brown power over the 🐜 mound. No spray whatsoever . End up my wife sprayed 409 what we have. We don't want to bring any ants home from here and we don't want to come back here again.

Yes, spacious Yes, clean place But. Doesn't make sense on lots of areas.
