Love this place

We love this campground! Great clean pool, arcade and playground for the kids, great store and laundry facilities. The staff is engaged and very helpful. There is a great mix of tents, pop-ups, trailers and RVs. Quiet and private sites with a lot of space to stretch out. All of this is great but what brings me back is the swimming hole in the Saco River. Crystal clear, ice cold and refreshing. Tube, swim or dip your feet it is a great way to spend the afternoon.

Great for families!

Between two rivers. Pool, baseball diamond, arcade, kids movies, playground. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in Conway. Storyland and Mt Washington super close!

Great family campground

On the river; private sites, fishing, pool, game room; right around the corner from storyland!!

Bears every night

We spent 5 days and wished it was longer. The campground was clean, staff was wonderful and the amenities were great! There were 2 active bears while we were there. They circled our camper at night. It was incredible to watch. Of course we never left any food out! It was the vacation of a lifetime for our grandchildren. This campground has a beautiful pool to cool off in, a nice playground and arcade for the kids. It’s located in the heart of everything. If you need something it’s a quick drive away. We will be going back for sure!

Great family fun

This campground is great for family

camping. Plenty to

do at the campground and around the surrounding area for people

of all ages.

Remember you are in the mountains… you will see wildlife. Respect nature and heed the warnings of leaving food out on your campsite! It was or first time seeing a black bear walking around.

The staff and people were friendly and helpful
