Not free

As of July 2024 there are no free spots. 15$ a night for in state and 20$ for out of state. The marker on the map is lying, don’t try to get to it very rough trails. There is some BLM land in the area which is free tho which is what I ended up going with.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views of the reservoir and surrounding mountains. There isn’t a good place to swim and the water inlet has a pretty strong smell. Great views and easy access. Worth the drive. Only 25 spots so get there early if you want one with a view.
