This is next to 2 museums and walking distance to restaurants. It was quite for the most part with occasionally a car passing by. The park is clean and has picnic tables with shade. I didn't use the bathrooms so I can't give you my opinion on that but based by how clean this place is, I wouldn't be surprised they are decent. Lots of interesting things to read and look at history wise. You do get occasional cars passing by but wasn't a problem!
