Description
BLM desert terrain just off the Bitter Springs Trail corridor, roughly an hour from Las Vegas and a short drive from Valley of Fire State Park. A sandy two-track leads about a mile in from the pavement to an open, shadeless flat with wide desert views and genuine quiet after dark. The access road runs soft enough that high-clearance is advisable; check-ins consistently note trash dumping at the site, so come prepared to pack out more than you brought in.
