Bruce Park Campground operates as a municipal facility in Royal, Nebraska, with sites divided between two distinct areas. The first camping section contains three sites positioned closer to the highway, where road noise filters through nearby trees. This smaller area offers more privacy when occupied alone but comes with audible traffic sounds.
The second camping area features a more open layout situated farther from the highway, reducing noise levels for a quieter experience. All sites include water and electric hookups, with 30-amp service confirmed on at least some spots. Cell coverage runs slow but functional, with Verizon and T-Mobile both providing usable 4G signals at reduced speeds. Downtown Royal sits within a 5-10 minute walk from the campground. Country Club provides an alternative option seven miles south.
