Kading Campground provides limited equestrian facilities near Deer Lodge, Montana. Located along the upper Little Blackfoot River at the end of Little Blackfoot Road, this campground features a small public corral across from the entrance and two horse watering troughs within the campground. The 11 primitive campsites each include picnic tables and metal fire rings. Water is available at Kading Cabin across from the campground entrance. The campground has been cleared of beetle-killed trees, making the area more open than in previous years. Two vault toilets serve the campground, and the lack of electronic distractions ensures a quiet, unplugged experience for campers and their horses.
