Permanently closed now.

It was nice when it was open, but the entrance was plowed under in the fall of 2017. Here’s a photo of the entrance from August, 2017.

Surrounded by mountain

We had to get away from our reservations at big moose because of terrible conditions. We called at 6:00 at night and they brought us in. Showers were clean. Nice river on the side. Staff was great

I think it's nice???

This seems to be a very nice campground, but I don't know for sure, because it has been closed every single time I've tried to stay there, or even driven past.
