Fine For a Stop-off Night

Definitely not a spot that caters to our normal priorities as it's more of a family hangout or long term place, as expected being an RV park. But it worked well as a stop-off spot for laundry, showers, electric recharge, and water fill before continuing on our way the next morning. We were worried it'd be loud being so close to the freeway, but surprisingly couldn't hear it at all.

Facilities: Laundry, showers that feel like home more than any other we've been to, mini-golf, playground, convenience store

Cell Service: As expected plenty of service being so close to Missoula

Starlink: All sites are open to the sky

Solar: All sites are open to the sky

Nice park, but a little tight for our rv

Granite Peak Rv

Missoula, MT

#58, gravel Pad, grass area, picnic table

OTA: 7 channels

Verizon 4g/4 bars

ATT 4g/3bars

Internet pretty weak from our site.

Water pressure good, and no power issues.

Nice stopover on our trip.

Formerly a Jellystone park, and our GPS had a hard time finding it by the address on the confirmation info, but could find it by their name. Apparently the GPS still has the street as Jellystone.

Decent green space between sites, but the length was pretty short. I'm guessing this was built before bigger RVs were commonplace? We parked all the way back in the site, our rear was literally up to the road, and we still had to do some maneuvering to park the truck. Definitely could not have stayed Attached.

Laundry facilities were reasonably priced, clean, and had a nice lounge area. $5.00 a load, but includes dryer as well.

Park is on a cashless system.  Laundry, giftshop etc all only take credit or debit cards.

Everyone we met, both staff & guests was very nice. They even kept the shop & pool area open late for guests to try and see the Northern Lights.

Overall a pleasant park, just a little tight for our set up.

Nice area out of town

Nice amenities (mini golf, horse shoes, pool, dog park), close enough to town. Grass at our site.

Surrounded by mountains

If the smoke from summer wildfires were not so thick, you could see the beautiful long range, multi tiered mountains. The park is well maintained. I love the fact that they have a puttputt on the grounds. Very family friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the sited are not level. All, but the premium sites (concrete pads) have a slope. Jack's were fully extended and some wheels off the ground. Pulling up on blocks was no problem. Not a ton of shade at sited. I had 5 bars of 5G AT&T. Wifi repeaters were throughout the park. Would definitely recommend.

Great campground with friendly staff

This is a kid friendly campground!!!

By far, the favorite place we have stayed with a kid.  They have a pool, minigolf, they are putting in frisbee golf.

The place was just off I-90, but far enough away there was little to no noise.  Internet was fine and they had wifi. The showers were clean and the campground was well kept.

The sites were all pretty nice, ours had a sprinkler head that was leaking, so when we first got there half our site was a puddle, it dried up quickly, but was back the next morning.

We were in a site along the outside, and our site was rather short, it fit our 174BH, but there was not much room to spare and we had to back it all the way in.  The sites are pretty close, so even with our small camper, when we put our awning out, it was only about 4 ft from the next camper, and when we got there, it was uncomfortably close to the couple beside us as we were hooking up the water and electric as they were close enough we could literally reach out and touch them as we were connecting our stuff.

The sites were fairly level and were arranged so it wasn't hard to get backed in at all.

This is for sure a place we would go back to.

Convenient location with nice amenities

Nice store, good pool, good play ground, mini golf, paved roads between gravel pad sites. Trees that in a few years will provide great shade but not quite yet. It’s hot - in the 100’s this week , reliable water and electric with a pool - what more do you need? Beautiful mountains as your backdrop.

Nice place, over priced.

Located on the north side of town, about 15 min drive to downtown Missoula. A bit overpriced, but do accept Good Sam membership for discount until next year. Wifi was horrible- didn't work well at all and took at least 5 mins to load a page and then sometimes would not even load after all of that time. They say they are in the process of updating their wifi- hope so! We hot spotted from our phone the entire time and had good enough AT&T cell service.

There is a pool, gift shop in the office, as[halt roads and great walking park and has short little trails in the neighboring hay field. Easy access through the park. Our spot was a pull thru and super easy to get situated and set up. Level site, picnic table and close to neighbors. Quiet park. Laundry was horrible. 1 of the 4 washers available was working and it was hard to find a time where it was available since the park hosts so many guests. They should definitely invest in more washers or fix the ones that were out of order. They didn't have quarters in the office and the coin machine wasn't working. To avoid anymore hassle, I went downtown to Sparkle Laundry. I HIGHLY suggest over their laundry machines. It was$2.50 for a double load and drying prices ranged from$0.50+. Super friendly staff and have a little bar top and stools, along with snacks and drinks while you wait for your laundry. I suggest going there instead!

It's ok for a quick stop

It's hard to find locations that are open in the fall/winter season. Jellystone was one of two possible locations to stay at beginning of October. Loved the Jellystone themed park, they had a mini golf course that I wanted to play at, but had no time. It wasn't that busy when we arrived. The "award winning bathrooms" says so right on the building...were nice all until you try to take a shower...SUPER SUPER low water pressure, I mean Id be surprised if it wasn't more than 1/4 gallon a minute. I could still feel the soap on my body as I write this review. I would have gave it a higher star rating, if I wasn't for the shower setup. Staff was real friendly when I stopped by and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. With my setup (roof top tent), I didn't have an indoor kitchen to "cook" in... despite the rules saying no outdoor kitchens they didn't mind me making coffee/toast in the morning.

Unwelcome

Sites small, internet horrible, pool cold, hornets at mini golf and staff unfriendly

Jelly stone joke

The roads in the park are awful. Staff are very rude like they don’t wanna be there. Pool is not heated. Putt putt golf course old with rotten wood and holes are all ruined. Need about 20 foot of sewer hose to reach the sewer drain. Will not return to this park.
