2 Mile Turn Off Dispersed Camp

We have tried this spot before but it was winter and quite wet and muddy mixed with snow. It was still a bit wet due to the fact that it was raining but spent a quiet night, getting a good night’s rest before hitting the road again.

Right off the main road but still peaceful and quiet. This was our first night sleeping in the "new to us" camper van we purchased in Seattle Washington to drive cross country back to Rome Georgia. It was a cold night, but the water flowing by and a cracked window made sleep wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

Big spot off of the 90 Hwy at Two Mile Road. Enough room for a big rig. Located right along the Saint Regis River. You could likely get water from there if you wanted. Signs for fishing here. Can hear the hey noise but it’s not bad. No no parking signs. Very minimal ATT service. People have left trash here in spots which is so upsetting. Please leave it better than you found it!

Just as described by other reviews, it’s right off the highway and right by the creek. About 50 yards away is an outhouse next to a few RV’s. We didn’t check them out, but it was all quiet on a Sunday night. Fire pit is there with lots of brush and easy creek access to put out the fire. We could hear the cars go by at night but it was not bothersome to us. We felt safe and were grateful as the other place we tried didn’t work out. Drove in pulling a small cargo trailer with little issue, but big rigs would struggle. There is another nearby site (50ft away) that can handle a big rig.

We were just passing through and stayed here for one night, It's just off I90 so there's a good amount of road noise but it's right next to a river. We took the first spot, we could easily pull our van through and found a nice level spot to park.

Cross the bridge at the exit and there is a wide turn around. I'd pull my teardrop down here, but unsure about longer trailers. Close to the interstate so a little noisy, but close to good fishing access.
