Silver Slipper Beachfront RV Park

Very nice RV campground. Concrete sites are nice and level. Casino about a half mile away. Other restaurants are a little l bit of a drive but not too bad with the Gulf view at your side. Across the street from the Gulf Of America. No shower house/restroom. Biting nats are bad now 2/24/26 . Bring bug spray or screen house. If the wind is strong enough you may be ok. Stayed here a few times over the last few years.

Still a quiet area along the beach with full hookups. No longer managed by the casino although the casino is still open and a 10 minute walk. 55$/night. New owner is friendly and easy to work with.

This place is five stars all the way across. Great location, no crowds, plenty to do close by. Peaceful

Very nice sites, full hookups and very reasonable.

Close to the water, and the beach is well maintained, but the water is so shallow that at low tide you don't get rolling waves that are usually part of the a beachfront experience.  And there were lots of sand gnats, at least during our earlly April visit.  Otherwise, we considered the price reasonable for full hookups, and the speed limit on the adjacent road is slow (25 mph) with little traffic, at least during the week.   

The previous reviewer indicated that this place is not big rig friendly.  Don't know what was there  when that review was written in 2021, but as of this writing, there are two separate lots to park your RV.  The north lot is certainly tight, but the south lot has angled concrete aprons that are of ample size for big rigs.

Great location on the beach, just a 50yrd walk to beach. They will make you move on 7th day...no exceptions. Had to move for one night down to Buccaneer state park and we stayed for 2wks....that was only issue.

We loved this campground, we were backed up to the gulf of Mexico. We ended up staying an extra 3 days

Fine if you're self contained. Walk across street to beach. They will comp a night of camping if you sign up to gamble in the casino. No seeums were awful!

Campground is owned by the Silver Slipper Casino just down the road and does not provide much in the way of amenities other than full hook ups. BUT, If you are looking for a place that puts you on the beach/ocean, then look no further. The property is very well maintained, pads are spacious, concrete and level. And the views are absolutely stunning! I would bet that during the warmer months this place and the beach are packed full so I am glad we visited when we did.

Tight spots, NOT Big Rig friendly. Although we parked our 45’ coach, had to park toad next to front door along side of coach. Beach is across the street and very nice. Casino is a very short drive. We only used it for a one night stop.

The silver slipper RV lot is nothing more than an RV parking lot across the road from a narrow but long and beautiful beach. Water, electric and sewer hookups. Town is close by, casino right down the road. About $37 a night. No bathroom, no laundry.

We had just left Buccaneer State Park and were headed west when we saw this “campground”. It is not much more than a parking lot but oh, the views of the gulf – you can’t get much closer!

There are 37 sites with level concrete pads, each with electric (30& 50 amp), water & sewer and trash receptacles. Each site has a BBQ and picnic table but there are NO restrooms. Rates are $25-$35 (for water view spots) Sunday– Thursday and $30-$49 for Friday and Saturday. Higher prices (up to $99) on holidays and note that Mardi Gras is considered a holiday! However, if you “join” at the nearby Casino for eligible play, you will get a free night in return. If you bank enough eligible play nights, you can stay for free on future stays.

Good RV parking lot with full hookups. Pads are level and get beautiful sun rises from your camper. Great stop while going to Casino or hanging out in Bay St Louis or any activity on the coast. A lil overpriced for what you get.
