Ferg's Fife

The property is mixed meadows, pines and hardwoods. There is 100 amp electrical service with RV hook ups for multiple RV's at a time. There are walking trails out back through meadows and forest.

Local retail is a mile away with a grocery store, gas station, Dollar General, and Family Dollar. The gas station has rec fuel. In town there are 2 restaurants/bars and a well stocked hardware store. There is also a decent sporting goods store just south of town. The town of Fife Lake is situated on Fife Lake which is 617 acres. There are many other smaller lakes within a 15 minutes drive from the house.

The property is situated right around the corner from thousands of acres of state land, with mixed orv trails and state forest roads. ORV's are able to ride directly from the house to the trails. Plenty of hunting opportunities on the property itself, 100 acres of public hunting land across the street, and also hunting on state land. The North Country Trail, and VASA mountain biking trails are nearby

15 minutes away is Chippewa Landing who facilitates canoe/kayak rentals and shuttling for Manistee river trips. They offer service to pick up and drop off at the property for a fee, highly recommend.

Traverse City is about 25 minutes away with plenty of opportunities for dining/night life, wine tasting, breweries, and shopping. About an hour away is Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Overall this property makes a great base camp or just a spot to hangout.
