Accessible only by watercraft, this National Park Service campground sits on Beaver Island within Isle Royale National Park. Paddlers face a 30-minute kayak journey to reach the dock, where three camping shelters wait less than a quarter mile inland. The shelters operate on a first-come, first-served basis and provide substantial covered space for gear and sleeping.
