      Very Enjoyable 1 night stay

We enjoyed our tent site with a wooden lean-to. Overall very private and peaceful, however the only drawback is that people took frequent casual walks pass the area all day long. There's really no way around that.

We did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities, but they all looked nice and well thought out.

      We will return.

      Only one negative!!!

Absolutely beautiful. When we drove in we fell in love with the grounds!! We were in site B9. We have a 25” B+ and basically had to park sideways and use a lot of leveling blocks to get our rig level. As we walked around we spoke to others who had similar problems with the sites not being level. We recommend this campground but just be prepared and bring plenty of leveling blocks! The office did provide us with additional blocks to level so they were very accommodating.

      Our Favorite Campground

Normandy Farms is perfect. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is lovely. The sites are level, the bathrooms/showers are spotless with piped in music and hairdryers. It's one of the few campgrounds that really is a resort. This was our second visit and it just keeps getting better. They've added a huge covered area with a snack bar and a big TV over the fireplace next to the Recreation Lodge. It's not far from a park and ride area, so taking the train into Boston is easy.

      A Must Visit!!

This is a phenomenal campground! It has it all: large campsites, tons of activities for kids to include bike track, frisbee, tons of games, multiple playgrounds, multiple pools, daily crafts. Our site had the perfect amount of shade overall a great experience!

Above average, nice sized spots, clean amenities, level plots, heated pool and hot tub, leave you alone if you want peace (which some nicer places don't!!), tons of activities for the kids .

      This is it

This is the place that will raise the bar for all the others

Everything was fantastic. If I could pick ONE thing to improve it would be bigger shower stalls. But seriously. There is so much to do and so much amazing staff that you’d never have to leave.

      Our Maiden Voyage

Newbies We booked 2 nights after Thanksgiving to take our 2004 Holiday Rambler for our first trip. I believe it’s the last week the park is open for the season. Water is off but we were made aware of this when we booked. It snowed briefly Friday night. Explored the grounds and imagine it’s a wonderful and busy park in season. Many amenities and convenient to Gillette and all the shops. We ate locally and enjoyed all the shops. We’ll be back- if we’re able to get a spot, I understand it’s tough to do.

      Ponkapoag Camp

      Our Favorite Place

We have always loved it here. It is rustic camping, no water or electricity and the bathroom is an outhouse and no showers. The people are friendly and we have always had a good time. The kids can hang out in the clubhouse if it’s raining or swim in the pond if it’s hot. Lots of hiking trails.

      Normandy Farms Campground

      Wow.

This is more luxury than campground, but if that is your style then you will love this place. Four pools? Sauna? Spotless campsites (even charcoal is removed from fire pit rings between guests!)? Arcade? Beautifully designed buildings? Yes, this place has it all and more. This campground also has two of the best playgrounds I’ve seen at any venue.

That said, as a lover of campgrounds I would really give this a 4.5 because it is truly cramped. Some sites are just glorified parking spaces with a sewer hookup. There is tree cover in many places, but there is zero privacy at the sites.

Long story short: if you are looking for pampered fun then go here. If you are looking for “real camping” go to a state park for 1/5 the price.

This is what Glamping was made for

First things first- no bugs!! That’s right I didn’t know what I was missing till I notice I wasn’t getting bit alive by mosquitoes!!! They spray for them!!! So you can enjoy the outside without the pesky bites that come with camping!

Then of course there is the luxury of having two pools, a ton of fun activities for kids, (fishing , dog park, horseshoes, tennis, basketball, etc)! It’s probably my favorite spot in New England merely for all the luxuries that come with this site!!!

Plus you are close to Gillette and shopping!! Can get better then that!

      Closest to Boston but pricey

We needed a base camp for visiting Boston and this campground was the closest we could find. Staff is very nice and helpful. Campgrounds are large and well maintained.

Was the most expensive RV park we ever stayed at.

      Normandy Farm Family RV resort

Normandy Farm Family RV Park is one of the best of the best in the USA. It is located easily off RT 495 and not far off Rt 95 in Foxboro MA.  It has all amenities one would want, kids are safe and lots to do.  They have a small fishing pond, a number of pools, hot tub etc.  Lots to do around the campground like a casino in the next town, Gillette Stadium down the road, cranberry bogs and so much more to do around the campground including a discount shopping center in Wrentham MA.  The management is by one family and they keep the campgrounds impeccably, they are right on top of problems and the problems are solved very quickly if there are any problems at all.  The sites have some distance between sites and staff want to help in every way they can.  I have stored my rig with them for 21 years and never a problem and do camp there when I get a chance.  They do charge more than some campgrounds but they give you more than any campground I have stayed at.

      Glamping to the max

I wasn’t sure I would like this level of glamping, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was positive and helpful and that made a difference for me. I traditionally dry camp or go for semi hooked up on purpose, I just like the quieter camping. Maybe it’s covid, but it felt good to be “near” other people trying to find peace in a crazy world. So much positive about the resort, the snack bar has an awesome menu and cost is reasonable. Beer at the store wasn’t unreasonable priced. The clothing/swag was fairly priced. The facility is big enough to walk, bike, short run, the frisbee golf is the best set up I’ve ever used. I went recently(mid October) so the pools were shut down, but there was still lots of activities. The bath houses were very clean and there was music playing, another detail that sets this resort apart. The grounds, for a packed campground were actually well done with trees, and large stones around. You will hear other people at nearby sites, it didn’t bother me, in fact listening to all the various dogs barking at each other from their respective sites made me laugh. You can hear cars from 495, but once again, somehow it did not bother me. I’ve stayed at campgrounds up in NH that are dry camping, and I can hear cars on Rt 16 or on the Kanc. There is a catch, sites probably average $100/night or more, when all the amenities are up and running, it is well wort it. Shoot, I’ve stayed in hotels for $150/night with no amenities. This place has so much to do, or just sit by the campfire and drink beer and relax, or borrow a movie for free. Remember to return it or they will process the $20.00 hold. I’m definitely going back, kids had fun, I had fun. Pay ahead and get your gate codes, and you can drive right to your site, that was super convenient, see the positives keep showing up. Thanks for reading

      Solid location for families

I have stayed here three times with my family. Once for a birthday and then due to concerts in the area (Gillette stadium and Xfinity Center). This is a very nice campground and they upkeep it nicely. They have a playground, pool, arcade etc. Not to mention a stellar location for all the attractions. Having come here three times over the span of being 12-17 Years old I can say I had a great time and always found something to be occupied with, it’s an exciting place to stay as a kid!

      Nice but not my style

This is glamping campground. It has a pool, game rooms, and everyone is packed in pretty close.

I personally like state parks, lots of room and trees. I didn't feel that at Normandy farms but you might love it

      Luxury camping

We stayed in a lean to for the Cotopaxi Questival In April. It ended up raining and in the mid 60s the entire time so it was great and kept us dry!

Driving around this place is definitely not a typical campground but more of a luxury camp because of all of the amenities.

That being said it was very nice and felt safe. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is because you can hear the highway nearby so it didn’t really feel like a campground. That’s a preference though.

Check out some of our videos from the competition! We found a little skeleton in our lean to so we made a short video, haha!

      Normandy Farms Campground

      Busy but worth it

Mostly geared toward families, especially with kids. Most of the campground is RV sites. There a a handful of tent sites in the back (no hookups). Bathrooms and showers are very clean, general store and pools are nice and convenient. It’s a perfect distance away from Gillette (a couple miles) if you’re looking for an alternative to staying in a pricey hotel. Definitely not a place I would go to “get away from it all.” You can hear the highway from the sites.
