This was our first trip out with an rv. I loved all the trees and the close proximity to town.
Cute campground but the site wasn't the best. No extra hookup outlet, uneven grounds & no shade.
Loved it here!! Impressed with the large flat sites and clean facilities. There was a crew there cleaning bath rooms every day over the weekend we were visiting. Very cute swimming areas right up the road from camp ground that has bathrooms and snack bar. Within walking distance is the museums,…

Nothing horrible, nothing great. Stayed in back area for privacy (76-79 range). Sites were moderately uneven. Bathrooms very clean. Quiet campground with some traffic noise. Jump pillow, which kids were looking forward to, was only open 12-6, wish those hours were expanding to morning when not so…
This park is a perfect location if you want to explore Gettysburg National Historical Site as you can literally walk across the street and be in the park or venture½ mile up the road and you come to the park’s main visitor center. The campground has a bunch of different sites whether you want to…

Had a great stay overnight on our way north from Virginia.
It’s a small walk to the tent only sites right off the C & O Canal which is heavily used by bikes and walkers. It sets down from the canal trail while the portapotty is right on the trail. The sites have breathing room and it’s on the Potomac River but it feels really odd to camp with so much…
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campground was very well maintained and clean. Bathhouse is updated and clean. The RV sites are gravel and pretty level. Fun filled weekend of activities for the whole family. Close to historic Gettysburg battleground. Fantastic horse rescue on the…

Pros: fairly decent wi-if, pool, hiking trails, close to DC, Annapolis and Baltimore Cons: terribly uneven gravel site, not a lot of shade, guest fee of $5/person+$5 per car (we are visiting where we grew up so lots of friends here—didn’t have one guest come because of the fee)
Quiet, shady campground with lots of trees and backed up to Marsh Creek. Our bunkhouse sleepers (back of camper) had the trickle of water to fall asleep to and wake up to each day.
Very nice and accommodating staff although we didn’t have much reason to interact with them.
Dated and limited…

Always love camping here. Lake to kayak. Playground for the kids. Plenty of trails and road to walk. A beach to swim at. Or my favorite, sit around the fire and look at the lake.
FYI tent campers get site 280. The view is amazing.
Great camping sight! We were lucky to have a back sport that was perfect!
The boys loved swimming and having the freedom to playing at one of the great playgrounds.
Warm, friendly staff. Large, quiet sites among the trees and by a creek. Pleasant experience.
We enjoyed our stay and we got what was advertised. The Eastern region Coleman Convention was staying here. We learned a lot about Coleman lanterns and met some interesting people. The site was a perfect size and had the amenities we were looking for. We did get hire connection speeds using our…
We recent went camping for the first time at Jellystone in Maryland. 5 of our 6 kids came with us, so we knew we needed to find a camping ground more geared kids. Jellystone was amazing in every way possible. The kids were never bored and had so much fun. Us, as adults, were also never bored. We…
