Our Kozy Kabins are located in remote, quiet settings within our 11,000 acre wilderness preserve. For an even greater outdoor experience, stay in one of our Wilderness Yurts. Yurts and Kozy Kabins have comfortable furnishings and all are within easy access to The Birches Resort’s main lodge. Ask us and we’ll have your bags transported and have a crackling fire ready for your arrival.
Our fifteen, lakeside cabins have the rustic charm of a traditional north woods sporting camp but come complete with modern conveniences. Cabins have covered porches, perfect for sitting and gazing at the view.
All cabins are heated by gas heat and wood stove. Some cabins have stone fireplaces (for use during the summer months.)
A friendly, family campground with spacious, open, & shaded sites on a rolling terrain.
Open May 1st through October 15th. (dates vary depending on how they land in comparison to the weekend)
We invite you to come in and look us over. We can accommodate every size trailer, motorhome, fifth wheel or tent. All sites have a picnic table & firering.

A beautiful, peaceful spot amid woods & pasture. Have a restful night after the day of hiking or exploring.W
We have 16-ft and 9-ft bell tents, & a large screen house. We have a newly upgraded (see pics!) composting toilet & hot shower tents.
The screen house has a dinner table and chairs, camp stove, and living area with a daybed.
The large sleeping tent has a beautiful queen bed, pillows, sheets and comforters. The small tent has 2 floor mattresses, also with bedding.
