If you like old tractors…

Cute little campground with lots of wood carvings from a local artist and so many old tractors around the property. Each morning my toddler loved going on a walk to see them all. There’s a pond for kayaking or swimming, basketball courts, playground and lots of toys for kids to play with (though many are broken). Overall pretty clean and well kept.

Nice little campgroud

Loved this campground. Very spacious and well designed lots. 2.5 miles to Freeport. Rt. 295 right down the street. Huge play area for the kids. Great location to explore the Brunswick, Bath area. 40 minute drive to Popham Beach the best beach on Maine!

Excellent Campground

We visited my wife's sister and her family in Freeport, and we couldn't have been happier with our camping experience.

Reservations and check-in were easy, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately common areas and activities were closed because of the virus, but the camp store was open and all of our essential needs were met.

The campground is close to Freeport and all the superb activities the area affords. We especially like Pineland Farms: https://pinelandfarms.org/ and we took a nice drive to Owls Head Lighthouse: http://www.lighthousefoundation.org/what-we-do/programs/lighthouse-tours/tour-owls-head-light/ with a stop at Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse: https://www.rocklandharborlights.org/

We spent an afternoon at Winslow Park in Freeport and had a great time...highly recommended picnic, tidal pool and sandy beach area.

We will definitely return to Cedar Haven, the next time we are in Freeport.
