Manager is nice/Owner is Rude

This is a park for illegals and out of town workers, with the exception of a few retirees. You cannot stay longer than 2-3 months, you cannot have any belongings outside, and the owner thinks he's the president of an HOA... he will evict you for petty reasons and bulldoze any belongings you may have had to make a second trip to retrieve. manager does his best to keep peace and helps out any way he can.
