Very clean

We stayed for the 3 days after Labor Day and the campground was immaculate. No trash from previous campers at the campsites and the restrooms were spotless.

Very nice campground

My wife our dogs and I camped here from 08/20/21- 08/22/21 camping in a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 TB. The campground had a nice playground and we really enjoyed the area.

Friendly alpaca farm

We enjoyed staying at the alpaca farm overall. We were the only RV parked right in front of the red barn. There were two toilet outhouses nearby that we could use. And it was nice waking up to the alpacas. Unfortunately the owners weren’t able to do the pizza or farm fresh eggs for our visit. The…

This was a perfect night spent under the stars

We had such a lovely time here. Tim and his wife were perfect hosts and so kind! We enjoyed everything about their property and plan to return!

Excellent Future Camping Spot!

This easy-access-from-the-highway RV park is really nice. The spots are accessible, the bathrooms are AMAZING (no…seriously), the little attractions are adorable and the host is terrific. I think they’re still “a work in progress”, but once they’re up & running, it’s going to be an excellent…

Middle of nowhere!!

Unless someone has told you about this place or you find it by searching an app like Dyrt, only people who live in the area know about it. Nice, quiet, clean. Some year round RVers. Fishing usually good.

Went to this campground many times over the last 26 years. Great place to fish. Quiet and calm most of the time!

Went here with my kids several times over the years. Lots of area for kids to go exploring. Creek running along back of property. We had a blast every time we went!

Beautiful Lake and Many Trails

Took the wife on a day trip just to scope out the area. What we found is a little piece of unexpected paradise! I took a 5 mile hike and she spent the day on the beach and swimming in the crystal clear lake. There are sooooo many trails and they are very well maintained, although if it’s rained,…

Good Family Campground

This is a good family campground with a lot to do: a pool, worn out putt-putt, a little restaurant, small carnivalesque rides, and a decent camp store. The Saturday night we stayed they were playing a kids movie in one part of the campground and live music “on the hill.” It got 4 stars because the…

Very nice campground. Friendly staff and lots of activities

Styed here with the grandkids and we all had a great time. Nice playgrounds and a pool with lots of water features for the kids. (Not really an adult's pool, but that's ok by me) They loved petting and feeding the horses. Campsites were large. We even had an ice cream and watched a movie in the…

Not a bad location

This campground is huge. They are family owned and at first glance seem a little dingy or that they have a lack of care but this is not the case. They are very laid back and allow their campers to enjoy their experience as they wish to enjoy it whether that is long term or short term. They do have…

Extremely nice well kept

There’s over 350 sites mostly permanent, nice heated outdoor underground pool. There is Putt putt, shuffle board, a large creek and pond to fish in.

Sugar creek

Fantastic place to camp. Full hookup sites, and tent camp sites on sugar creek. The creek is loaded with small mouth bass, some large mouth, gar, bluegill, and carp. The campground offers tubing excursions, but I advise booking that in advance, as they sell out of spots often. Love going there at…

Not nice

We tried to camp here one night on a trip along 70 and we got there pretty late so we were driving around trying to orient ourselves and essentially found that there were no spots. We were trying to turn around and get out but it’s like a maze in there. Which is not a diss on this campground. That…
