Decent set up

Clean bathrooms and showers, good space. Didn't see a store of any kind. Tiny view of mountains. They charge an extra amount for choosing your spot, but it makes no difference really as the place is quite small.

Hi Kimberley, thank you for your feedback of your experience for your one night stay with us. We're glad we were able to get you in for a day-of reservation. We do offer the optional "site selection" fee if you have a specific site you would like in camp...which many of our regulars do take advantage and appreciate. As a single-night traveler, we can see why this might not be important to you. We're sorry you didn't find the store as you were standing right next to it when taking photos of the Store/Office Hours and intercom. You did arrive after the store was closed, which the office hours state in your picture. Hopefully you were able to get into the store during open hours before checking out.

As for the view of the mountains being tiny...to each their own I guess. I've been here 5 years and still find that view amazing each day. Mountain Views from Upper sites

I love this RV resort!

Such an awesome little campsite. The owners are very attentive and nice. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room are pristine for a campground! Hot water was no issue and they have a great little store if you’re out of anything. 10/10

Wonderful, kind and attentive new owners. Excellent and clean bathrooms; hot water was plentiful and they are free. Great base camp for family week of hiking, rafting, and visiting the Sunbeam hot springs. I would recommend getting groceries before you arrive bc local store is pitiful. We had a beautiful view of the Sawtooth Mountain range from our campsite. Only comment is that the sites are rocky; hopefully in the next few years they can be paved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are fire pits allowed at Stanley RV Park?

The available information doesn't specifically mention fire pits at Stanley RV + Camp. Given the standard amenities at similar RV parks, individual sites may have fire rings, but it's best to verify this with the campground directly before your visit. Fire restrictions can also vary seasonally in the Stanley area due to wildfire concerns, so check current regulations even if fire pits are provided.

What amenities are available at Stanley RV Park?

Stanley RV + Camp offers excellent amenities for campers looking for comfort and convenience. The facilities include pristine bathrooms with plentiful hot water, clean showers, and a laundry room ($2.50 per load). The campground has a small store where you can purchase essential items, though selection may vary. Additional amenities include mountain views from some sites and beautiful night sky visibility. Staff members are friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant camping experience whether you're using the park as a base camp for outdoor adventures or just passing through.

Does Stanley RV Park have shady camping spots?

Stanley RV + Camp doesn't appear to offer significant shade coverage based on visitor experiences.
