Valid RV Parking @ Fueling Station Currently Under Construction

This roadside fueling pit stop has 14 fueling lanes, 235 public parking spots(although the vast majority of these were unavailable as this location is undergoing some fairly extensive remodeling) and 11 prime parking spaces, meaning you can reserve ahead of time(at$18 per night) to ensure you have a spot to call home for the night(although I really don’t think this is necessary at this location as there were substantial parking options behind the Pilot Travel Center.

In addition to the parking to avail yourself of, there’s an embedded Cinnabon and Subway here along with a fairly decent marketplace full of beverages, snacks and other items to help you on your roadway journey. The restrooms were not operational while we passed through, although there were his/ her port-a-poties out in front of the store with 11 individual shower stalls that were in excellent, almost new condition. There’s also an ATM, propane exchange/ fuel-up, drivers lounge, game room and a laundry facility.

While scoring criteria may vary from one person to the next, here are the 5 most important criteria that informed my rating of this overnight location: convenience (EZ on- and off-access), safety & security, quality (of facilities), peace & quiet and amenities (either on-site or nearby). Here’s how I ranked this particular overnight spot:

Convenience: 5

Safety & Security: 4

Quality: 3

Peace & Quiet: 2

Amenities: 3

Overall, I scored this location a 4.

Happy Overnighting!
