Stayed in site #253. Ok campground. Sites are small and uneven. Premium price but not premium site. Our site was on loop with a lot of shade. Camp has mostly full hookups including cable. Pool at campground and store. Yurts, rental campers, premium tents are also available. Lots of activities in…

This was our first real trip since owning our travel trailer and this campground was a nice and easy first go. It was clean and easy to navigate. Site 80 was pretty flat and easy to get level with plenty of room. Site is right on the main road but that surprisingly didn’t bother us. Not on the…
We stayed in a cabin at Unicoi State Park after our Spring Break camping trip got rained out. The fireplace was nice and we appreciated the covered parking during the downpour when arrived. A few things were broken (bedroom light, coffeemaker). The beds were not terribly comfortable but they…
Well we stayed 5 days in the orange loop and that had better phone reception with less trees 🌳. That loop was more crowded and busier near the tents. The last 5 days we were in the lime green loop, which is near the laundry and it was much quieter, less traffic and more shaded. However less phone…
You can spend a weekend a stone's throw from the swimming area. It was a nice little camping area. Very clean.
This trip was a stop along our way to Florida from Connecticut, we spent 2 days here, the grounds we amazing, great place for kids, the hike up stone mountain was memorable for the whole family... we would definitely recommend this place for families who love to hike.... we would change nothing…
Site is very spacious. Beautiful site and location. Would love to go back.

Nice and quiet, large location with many sites. More expensive than most but full hookups. Some sites are kind of rough. Depending on the road you take in watch for a low train bridge that appears tall but the road goes up on the other side and it will get you.
We had a large site in a new loop (orange) with views of East Lake and the side of Stone Mountain. Roads are nice and wide, easy to get in and out of the back in sites. Full hook up with cable. Camp store has reasonable prices for fire wood and ice.
Camped right on the lake in my hammock. I reccomend hammock or RV. You're not allowed to set up tents off of the concrete pad so it would be a bit uncomfortable. Super easy to swim, kayak, waterski in the lake. No alcohol allowed but no one came by my campsite all evening.
Plenty of firewood at…
Our lakefront site #72 was gorgeous, but a VERY tight fit for our 36' pull behind and crew cab truck. Narrow roads made navigating VERY difficult for all. Probably won't come back because of I85 and narrow roads & tight spaces within the campground. Water crystal clear and lovely.

Great place. Nice quiet. Close to mountains. Highly recommend
Had a wonderful time at this campground. Easy access to the lake for using our paddle boards.
This area is clean well kept and child friendly. Bathrooms/showers are clean. Playground area is nicely kept and safe. Ground keeps are friendly and helpful. Laundry on site (not free- so bring quarters) beach area at end of camp ground.
Overall a very welcoming.
Nice concrete pads in a former pasture. Not a lot of shade for most sites
