Quietest campground

Needed to find last-minute reservation and they were able to put me in a cabin only $50 a night! Very clean, very quiet and very friendly staff. Cabins are rustic but they have a full service bath house. Now goes by the name Flat Creek Family Campground

Cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen, including my own

I wish I could give this park 6 stars! We camped on a quiet weekend in September and had the place mostly to ourselves. Two small bathhouses and both were spotless (I mean actually WITHOUT SPOTS, cleanest I’ve ever seen). The grounds were well kept and not a piece of trash in sight. They had…

Beautiful and quiet

Inland park that benefits from so many people wanting the beach! Lightly used campground that was very well maintained, beautiful, and a great place to relax. The park is beautiful, too, but the trails seem a bit challenging for me. I stayed a second night just because I was enjoying the respite.

Great fir a quick stop

Awesome owners and very clean. Sites are VERY small… really great for parking but not socializing. With little outdoor space between RV’s, most folks just keep to themselves. No fires and no outdoor grills.

  • Felt like a terrible neighbor as I had to ask the campers on the hook upside to fold their outdoor carpet in half so I was able to access the sewer hook up
  • I had to move to the extreme side of my 14 foot side so that my awning would not sit on my neighbors RV
  • Purposeful staggered parking show that I was able to open my awning fully

Quiet & Beautiful

4 stars for no water or electric hookups.. Also I don't do spiders and they are all over the place here.. And HUUUUGEEE at that. Fishing dock is nice and you can see lots of gators. I don't recommend swimming in the water, its pretty murky. Nice and shady spots and you can reserve ahead of time.…

  • Gator by the fishing dock.

Awesome place to stay

Id give 5 stars but you can only either stay by night or by week.. $50+ a night and on average over $300 a week. I think they should lower the price, especially for people just starting.

Surprisingly Nice

Needed a quick stop over, just a pull in, sleep and pull out. Found this RV park and other then cost it was a wonderful spot. Staff was super friendly when I called, set me up very easily, fast with follow up e-mail and late check in envelope was perfect and simple to follow. I wish I could have…

Decent overnight

About 6 miles from Bainbridge GA. Easy to get to. As a COE though not the best one we've been to. It's basically a swampy area which made it terribly buggy and very hot and humid. Spent our evening inside. Sites were level and fairly big some with decks. Phone service spotty. Electric boxes…

Small and quite.

Small campground (and I don't know why). Sites are small and very close together. It has showers, trash and on site park host. The camp is right on the water (nice). The boat launch fishing peer and fish cleaning station are a short walk.

Do not bother unless emergency

Very run down campgrounds that used to be a KOA and now a Good Sams campground. Not maintained very much even though the few staff tried to clean it a bit. Weeds, not mowed, peeling ceilings in dated bath house with exterior doors that do not close or have keyed entry. Only trash can was in laundry…

Peaceful lakeside camping

Uncrowded lakeside camping. Great for swimming, boating, fishing, and kayaking. Very quiet and peaceful. Great camp hosts. Very clean bathrooms and showers. My visit was during the summer months, didn’t get any mosquitos bites but there were a lot of gnats, so bring bug repellent or screened…

Perfect overnight stay

We stayed here one night for a quick spot to sleep and relax while traveling on the road. The owners were very accommodating as we arrived very late in the evening. The campground was clean and felt safe.

Well maintained and beautifully located.

Awesome campground with good amenities. Each site has fire ring, picnic table, water and electric. Most sites had good flora between sites, offering a little privacy. Restroom and shower facilities with a coin operated laundry.

Ranger Rob shared a secret, two campsites cannot be reserved and…
