Just 35 minutes outside Jacksonville, Blackwater is a secluded 10+ acre private riverfront property at Georgia’s southernmost tip right on the Florida-Georgia Line.

Surrounded by protected preserve and a river bend, our property offers "old Florida" vibes, nature, country, and a true escape from crowded camps if you seek privacy. Your campsite views across the river are of Florida, with 150+ acres of preserve, giving the property a peaceful and remote feel while remaining close to town for all essentials.

Situated on the St. Marys River, a rain-fed river flowing from the Okefenokee Swamp. Natural tannins from peat give the water its famous sweet-tea color, which appears black in deeper water and "sweet-tea" in the shallows.
