Dirty Dirty Dirty

There is absolutely no communication from the office...saw him cleaning the outside of the campground, while the site I was in had an old taco and peach that were there the whole time we were there. The site next to ours smelt like a sewer...this is a long term rv park...NO camping

Unglamorous, functional, conveniently located

We stayed here for 2 nights to bike to Busch Gardens.

At first glance we had second thoughts, but the location held us there. The campground has apparently changed hands and is under new management. According to some people who still "live" there, the new owners got rid of alot of the "riff raff". Disclaimer: They had trouble in the past. We had no trouble at all. Just the opposite. The people staying there were friendly enough. The woman who set is up in a site admitted to making a mistake but quickly corrected it (she had to switch our site - but it didn't impact us at all). She was willing to work with us on checkout time, and made it easy for us with our large dog.

I would absolutely NOT recommend using the bath house - clogged shower drain, garbage left on sink, dirty T- shirt on the floor - so i am grateful for our motorhome.

Our bikes were not stolen, so that's a good thing. The ride to Busch Gardens is nice, and that is a big plus for this campground. It is the only one i could find this close. It is also a cheap Uber ride, which helps to save on the $25 parking fee at BG.

It is also conveniently located to stores, etc.
