Nice little “old school” rv park

Booked a spot here over the New Years weekend as we travel through Florida. This is a small, family owned rv park. 15 back-in sites. Very friendly owner. You book by calling in only. The town of Steinhatchee has more to offer than Perry where we stayed at KOA. Only complaint is need to upgrade the wifi.

Not bad

Stayed for a weekend to go scalloping. Sites are flat and gravel and you have plenty of room to maneuver and back in. No shade. The sites are close together, so your slide is right next to your neighbors table. Your sewer drain is also next to their table. Not ideal. Fairly quiet campground with only 15 sites. Has a large pool with a covered deck. The WiFi is terrible at 2G. Don’t count on using any internet or downloads. Water pressure is good. No-see-ums were bad. The check in process was easy and friendly folks. Would come again. Get site 6 as it is the only one with potential shade.

Small, Quiet, Restful

About 12 back in concrete campsites. In front of a fishing pond. No TV reception.(Which was nice for a change) Very weak WiFi! 3 miles from Steinhatchee, Florida and great seafood restaurants. Small clean bathroom and shower. Very nice owners!
