On the Gulf

The park itself is not much to look at. Spots are on the small side, but they all come with full hookups, and if you get one on the water, you are ON THE WATER! Plus the owner/host is absolutely delightful.

Beautiful Gulf view

We booked this morning due to being ahead of schedule for our next RV park. The owner is adorable. She and her run this small park directly on the Gulf. She gave us a waterfront site for $ 40 a night. There is a small boat launch that we are planning on using tomorrow. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact it is bare bones . No amenities. This doesn't bother us. Can't beat the location.

Camping ocean front

Very friendly hostess and great sites right on the Gulf of Mexico. Rustic campsite but has WiFi, 50amp service septic systems at each site. Great place and beautiful setting right on the gulf

Water front camping

We arrived pretty late, like 9:30 pm and the host was still there to meet us, even with no reservation. When we woke up in the morning we found ourselves in a waterfront spot overlooking the gulf. We paid 25, the sites have full hookup but the 30amp plug was broken.

It was pretty quiet.

There is a nice beach a few block away, with public bathrooms and a big kids playground.

There are no bathrooms or showers in the campground.

Owner is great. No frills park but wow!!

No frills. Non bathhouse....blew away in hurricane 🌀. Rebuilt...blew away in next hurricane 🌀. Full hookups 20 bucks with passport America. Cash only. Lots of sport fisherman. Get a spot on the water is a must do. Literally 5 feet from the gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are the most spectacular you will ever see. Tons of birds. Fish jumping. Great stay. A little out of the way, but worth it.

All I can say is WOW

This is a hidden, off the beaten path, gem. I First, the owner is beyond kind and sweet. I would stay here just because she is that great. Helpful and kind. Second, this setting is just beyond beautiful. It literally backs up to the gulf. If we got any closer, we would be IN it. I can’t explain how beautiful the sunset is here.

This will be a stop for us every single time we’re in Florida.

Nicest Lady Ever!

Old Florida Campground. Very quaint. Beautiful setting. Lynn the owner could not have been any more pleasant. Spaces were tight but big enough. Would stay their again!

Perfect!

My husband and I chose Old Pavillion for our maiden voyage in our new to us camper. We got lucky & got lot 17, a waterfront site. It was absolutely amazing! The sunsets were breathtaking. Everyone in the Campground was so friendly. We made our reservations with Lynn, and she was SO friendly & welcoming. The price for the site was more than fair. City water & sewer hookup was a nice bonus. Keaton Beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Small, quaint Beach. It was perfect. I can't say enough good things about Old Pavillion. We're in love with the place, sad we had to leave & can't wait to come back!!! ❤
