Trashy

We stayed there for 13 months full of broken promises. It started with going there to begin with because they said they had reliable WiFi. We paid$50 the 1st month just find out it was the same as the free WiFi. The outdoor manager who is also in charge of it doesn't have a clue. He gave us the Dixadmin password& told us not to tell anyone. Come to find out he gives it to everyone. Told us to buy the WiFi ranger from the office to improve it. It actually doesn't work without an antenna which he was not aware of. So we got our own equipment. Then he said he would trim the trees to improve the WiFi. Then he blamed it on hawks bending the antennas that were never fixed. Finally he said he was waiting for a letter from Congress to approve putting in fiber optics. The other issue was with our neighbor/employee that was telling the office we were burning cheese. The office manager said she was asking us since they couldn't understand his broken English. So she calls us while we were golfing& we were so upset that we can home to show her what we were burning in our fire pit. It was cardboard because when we moved in we told them we would do that because there is only one dumpster. The final straw was when he yelled at us in Spanish for having a fire for the first time in 6 months. They moved him& we never got an apology. His new neighbors are having the same issues. Since then he has been fired for attacking another employee with a rake. He's still there at a reduced rent since he was fired. New owners took over on 1/3/21. Every time we inquired who they were they gave us the run around. The owner told us when we moved in that he was putting a pool in. Never happened. Now it looks like a white trash rv park. Out of control with parties, animals running around attacking other animals& drunk drivers speeding. Don't waste your time or money.
