Encore Bulow RV

I asked my parents to book this RV site because it has a pool and WiFi. First things first, you have to pay for WiFi. I spent $15 on WiFi for ONE DAY for 7 people because if you make only one account it allows only 3 devices to sign it with it. Doesn’t mention anything about that on their website or on here. The plants here and the views are really pretty. The pool was okay, and the one day and night we stayed there we met some friendly people who were staying there as well. The next morning, (40 minutes before checkout time) they were already calling my mom and asking us when we were leaving. Are you serious? Put an earlier check-out time on your business if you want people to leave earlier. It sucks because I recommended this site to my parents, and they treated my mom very crummy. We won’t be back here again.

Another nice stop on our East Coast bike tour! Spacious sites with picnic tables and water. Charge phone in the bathroom. No hot water for shower the night we were there though, and the tent camping area backs up to the main road into the neighborhood, so we heard car noise throughout the night.

Sites were sand/grass. Gravel is badly needed. Overnight rain left sites in standing water. Pool was lovely. Restrooms and laundry were clean.

I’m not sure what classifies RV Parks as a resort vs just a park but it should be dropped from Bulow. When I think of resort, I think luxury amenities, spacious sites, professional staff, etc.. As a full timer I’ve stayed at lots of RV Parks and this one is just ok. It’s great proximity to the beach and Daytona but lacks resort style amenities. The staff was better this trip but not very professional. The sites are so close together you can hear your neighbors breath. The permanent guests are friendly. The community center is only open at night after 7 pm. You have to pay for access to a WiFi network that doesn’t work 90% of the time and isn’t strong enough to stream. The pool is small and usually crowded. The bathhouses and restrooms are not ventilated and often not clean. I wanted to give the TV Park a second chance due to my low rating last year during COVID but there’s been no significant changes and this will likely be our last stay here.

Driving into the resort I thought I was at a horse ranch in Ocala. Rolling acres of green grass and the biggest oak trees I've ever seen. All this room but if you get a standard lot you better bring a can opener. No angle so it's a 90deg. backup. I settled in with my slide straddling the lot line and had to pull my awning back a couple inches on the other side to keep it off my neighbour. Sitting outside I felt like I was in an alley. Strange. Scenic area lots of sights to see.

We loved how private our site felt within the big oak trees, but we noticed they had a lot of other sites that weren't as private. They did have buddy sites, tent camping, and cabins. There was a cop almost every night patrolling. The area is nice, it is next to a historic sugar mill, and not far from the beach. I know it's a small thing, but the laundry had the CSC app which is super convenient to pay on.

We arrived to the RV Park pretty late and excited to get hooked up and in bed quickly! Once we got parked we realized that the hookups were on the wrong side and we weren’t in a pull through so this was a problem. We hooked up what we could and decided to phone the front office to be relocated to another site the following morning. We called and were repeatedly told that we would have to have Thousand Trails assign us a new spot or we could pay to be relocated. Thousand Trails confirmed that they do not assign spots at RV Parks but the front office staff still insisted and offered to move us for a fee. We ended up driving through the grass and maneuvering around trees and poles to turn our trailer around and things worked out but the tone was set. We didn’t spend much time at the RV Park and won’t be returning. There wasn’t WiFi and the cell reception for Verizon was hit and miss. Almost everyone but us has golf carts they used while inside the park.

This was a very nice campground. No WiFi but the restrooms were clean, they have a bar if needed. Nice flat spots for my pop up. Bathrooms very clean. Will definitely return.

Beautiful views, close to hiking, and national parks, this place had nice restrooms, and no problems with rl citric or water.. creepy men is the only problem we have. The pools was wonderful.

People running are very friendly. Needs to up date cable WiFi and bathrooms. Had a great time and meet great people. Will go again but will be ready for my own WiFi and tv system.

We've camped here 2 times over the past several years and while it has nice surrounding parks and activities, there really isn't much to this campground. It's small and flat and mainly for RVs.
