Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort

Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort accommodates RVs up to 60 feet with full hookups including 50-amp electrical service, water, and sewer connections. The resort operates year-round and accepts reservations, with both oceanfront sites directly facing the Atlantic and sites across the street toward the Intracoastal Waterway. An on-site market stocks RV supplies, fishing gear, beach items, and groceries.

The campground sits directly on Beverly Beach's Atlantic coastline, where campers wake to ocean waves and can access the beach immediately from oceanfront sites. Sites feature concrete pads and are arranged in vertical or diagonal configurations. Sherif E. notes the layout means "the spaces are pretty tight" with neighbors just four to five feet away during tasks like emptying sewage tanks. Several reviews mention sea turtle nests visible along the beach during nesting season, and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral can be viewed from some sites.

The resort provides WiFi, cable television, and complimentary 30-amp adapters for RVs with different electrical needs. A laundry facility operates on-site, and the property allows pets in RV sites though not in cabin rentals. Staff loans equipment like electrical adapters after hours. The concrete pads and picnic tables receive regular maintenance according to multiple camper reports.

Pricing reflects the oceanfront location, with rates increasing significantly during holidays and peak seasons. John G. summarizes the trade-off: "A little pricey but the views are pretty good." The campground sits between St. Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south, positioning campers for day trips to either destination. Bike lanes and paths connect to Flagler Beach's restaurants and shops just a few miles away.

This resort works best for RV campers prioritizing ocean access and full hookups over spacious sites, particularly those willing to pay premium rates for beachfront camping.

Campers regularly cited the spectacular oceanfront location and friendly staff as major highlights, with clean facilities and well-stocked amenities. Many mentioned concerns about extremely tight site spacing and high pricing, though most felt the beachfront access justified the cost.

One of our favorite places!

This is our second time visiting in the last month or so. They are still working on repairing the sea wall, but the views are breathtaking. Flagler beach is a sleepy little beach town. Great vibes!

Beautiful beachfront camping!

This spot is close to our home, but great for a weekend beach getaway. A little bit expensive, around 200 for a beachfront spot, but worth it. Currently some construction going on with the retaining wall. If you took the price and construction out of the equation, it would be a 5 star!

Multi-Campus, Mega RV Resort w/ Ocean or Intracoastal Views

One of the few crown gems you’ll discover along Beverly Beach, Camptown RV Resort & Campers Village is MASSIVE! But I must forewarn my tent pitching brethren – this is 100% an RV hangout (for the most part) of the concrete jungle kind. That said, if you’re looking for a spot to park your mobile living room for the night (or the month) and want to be able to either quickly access, or better yet, have amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean with simply outstanding beaches, then look no further than Camptown!

From an amenities standpoint, all slots are either vertical or diagonal (facing directly towards the ocean or across the street towards the Intracoastal) with both sides offering full hook-ups (water, sewer and 50 amp electrical service - Camptown offers 30 amp adapters free of charge) as well as complimentary cable and WiFi for all your social media surfing needs. Don’t have an RV? Not a problem, Camptown has you covered with their cabin rentals (but there’s only about a half dozen, so make a reservation early if you want these). Onsite you’ll discover a fairly full-service market with gifts and souvenirs, fishing gear, beach items, snacks and soda, booze and mixers as well as all the RV camping supplies you might need while here.

What I love most about Camptown is that it puts you SMACK DAB in front of one of the most beautiful beach shorelines on Florida’s Atlantic Coast. One warning I would give, having stayed shortly after Hurricane Nicole hit, is that a decent amount of the coastline has been demolished and there are several oceanfront businesses and access-ways that are now defunct and under construction. Additionally, Camptown is midway between 2 great locations – St. Augustine (aka ‘Ancient City') to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Both offer additional great beaches (but you should have no problem on this front here at Beverly Beach) as well as a ton of nightlife, culinary, cultural and entertainment options.

Inside tips? Here’s a few: (1) While boasting about being ‘pet-friendly,’ if you are thinking about renting a cabin here at Camptown, think again – no four-legged friends are allowed; (2) As you are this close to paradise, I have to make ‘treasure-seekers’ aware that if you are on the hunt for shark teeth, you are nearby one of the world’s most famous beaches for discovering the dental remains of 20 or so different Selachimorpha (and some prehistoric, if you are lucky enough); (3) When you get tired of trying to figure out what’s on the menu for your next meal, I highly recommend grabbing an oceanside brunch at Java Joint with the Country Benedict (the sausage gravy is outstanding!), ordering a pair of crab cakes at Turtle Shack Café or pursuing fresh fried conch fritters at Break Awayz; and (4) If you want to drop your kayak in some ‘frakish’ (sea and fresh water) waters, then stop by Si Como No Inn (can’t miss this vibrant oceanside hostel) that has access to the Matanzas River/ Intracoastal.

Happy Camping!

Beach front spot

We loved this place. Our spot was ocean front and the kids played all day every day in the ocean. Flagler beach has several restaurants near by.

Big Rig Friendly

This is a no thrills over priced campground on the beach. We did not have a spot on the beach (across the street) but a very short walk. The spots are very close to each other and the power pedestal is a plug only ( no breaker). It’s an older campground that needs to be updated. If you want to spend all your time on the beach this is the place, but costly.

Its a OK place....

Personally I didn't like it. Sites are really close... Like your awning could hit your neighbor close. A creeper old guy was stalking my wife and daughter in the shower house one night. Beach is really really shelly and scratches your legs and hurts your feet. We drove to Daytona every day for the beach. Would not be back. Wasn't worth the money for beach front.

Beautiful ocean view

We were very fortunate to find this campsite on the Friday before Labor Day. You basically share a lot with your next door neighbors, but lucky they were very nice. The ocean view was spectacular and hearing the waves crash as you sleep was so relaxing. The facilities were clean and we were impressed that they loaned us a 50 amp to 30 amp adapter for free when we checked in after hours…we ended up buy it. Loved this place and will come back again.

A special oceanfront RV park

Beverly beach puts you and your RV feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. They have options for many different budgets from deluxe oceanfront to cheaper sites that are across the street. The sunrises from tbe Oceanside sites will recharge your soul. Close to Daytona and bound to be very popular during race weeks. So start planning the perfect Florida beach RV vacation

Simply Beautiful!!

Just a very well run pet friendly campground, no real amenities other than a very friendly staff and an incredible beach you are parked on. Make sure to bring your bike as town is just a few miles up and there is plenty of bike lanes and paths. Sea turtle nests everywhere which was very cool too. We also saw a rocket launch from our site, that was epic!! I highly recommend spending the little extra to be on the beachside although the non beach side looked very nice as well

Tight spots, $$$, lovely view

We stayed for a weekend with friends. Luckily for us, one of the sites next door was vacant because the spaces are pretty tight. I emptied my sewage while the person to my left was literally 4-5 ft away from me. But, the view is wonderful. We stayed on site 7. Oceanfront view. It was very peaceful in the morning. Overall: a bit pricey (nearly on the beach tho), tight spots, but a great view.

Unruly

If your happy with paying big money just to be near the beach then this place will be ok for you.

The problem I have with them is they have campground rules on literature and signs everywhere but they are not inforced. My wife was hurt when a dog off his leash jumped on her. Seen many dogs off leash and one person let his large dog do a dump right down near the water and walked away. There are signs saying to stay off the sea wall but everybody was climbing  on it trampling down the vegetation that was planted there to keep the sand in place. I think once they get their money that’s all they must care about. The staff I met was nice so all I can do is blame it on the management.

More expensive than a hotel night but a beautiful view

Located in Flagler, Florida. this campground has spots directly on the Atlantic Ocean. We have stayed here many times but the price continues to go up so I can't say we will be returning. Highest I paid was $130 per night on holiday weekend but now it is way more than that. Amenities: full hookups, ocean side sites, laundry mat, store.
