Incredible place to hike

Took my boys after studying the 7 Natural wonders of GA and this gorge is one of them. Did not disappoint. The hike to the bottom is not for the faint of heart. And the steps back up will challenge the most fit among us. But the views and experience is well worth the pain. Campground while being big rig friendly is a little tight ( we have a 42ft motorhome). If your large try to book sites 34 or 35 pull through. No sewers, but easy to use dump station next to the exit. Make sure you add this stop to your Must see list

Nice campground and a perfect location to Providence Canyon

Stayed on a long pull- through site #9. Full hook-ups was a nice surprise. Sites are spacious, campground was full and it didn’t feel crowded. Nice park to take a walk l, you can rent a boat and I hear there’s some great fishing ( I’m not a fisherman). Stayed there to visit Providence Canyon. There’s two playgrounds, nothing special but my kids got a chance to play a bit and stretch after the drive. Cell service can be challenging, T-mobile was only Edge service ( remember that?) was able to stream video for my kids on AT&T and Verizon. My site was totally wooded and that could have contributed to the difficulty in cell service.

A special oceanfront RV park

Beverly beach puts you and your RV feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. They have options for many different budgets from deluxe oceanfront to cheaper sites that are across the street. The sunrises from tbe Oceanside sites will recharge your soul. Close to Daytona and bound to be very popular during race weeks. So start planning the perfect Florida beach RV vacation

Location, Location, location

This is all about location. The closest RV park to NYC. It's basically a parking lot with a dump station. Not much else. Pick one of the larger end row sites to get a little extra elbow room. If it's packed, your neighbor with be within inches of your rig. Pluses, minutes walk to the Statue of Liberty, liberty Science center. Two blocks away from NJ Path train into Manhattan or take the ferry to Wall Street!

Perfect campground when visiting the Space and Rocket center

If your visiting the Space and Rocket Center, you have to consider the campground as your place to stay. Family owned and run, they use the honor system when taking reservations. The interior roads could use some patching, but the location can't be beat. Only 30 amp service could be an issue for big rugs in the heat of the Summer. Not fancy, but nice. Stayed in along recently paved pullthrough site that worked great for us. Close to everything.
