Nice small RV site

This is an excellent RV site to stop. Its extremely clean, and well kept. We have visited numerous times, since my grandson lives near my, this has become our homebase in Pensicola.

Great Stay

They advertise well. What you see is what you get. Not a lot of space between plots, but it’s an RV lot and not a campground. The mini boat launch is a nice spot with a good view of the water.

A Nice Place

Smaller RV park. Clean & well kept. Sites are spacious and level. Restrooms and laundry are very clean. Park has east and west sides divided by a foot bridge over water. Fishing allowed from bridge. Pelicans always roosting near bridge were fun to watch. Owners are delightful. Park along busy highway, so some traffic noise, but not bad. Not much within walking distance of the park, but would not want to walk along the highway anyway. Biting No-see-ums at dusk which made sitting out uncomfortable.

Quiet place on the water

Wendy and Jim were funny and helpful. Spots were gravel with nice paved patios. Small laundry area with clean machines. Unisex baths were clean. People were fishing right off the bridge that separates the two parts of the campground.

Wonderful Park

What a wonderful RV park. The staff was so helpful. We were taken to our site and we were guided as we backed up our RV. The grounds were nice and everything worked. We wished we could’ve stayed there longer, but we were just passing through.

Quick reservation reply

Sent reservation request for a future stay in the evening and had a phone call from Wendy the next morning.  Very impressed with her answers to my questions and the quick reply for a reservation request.  Will update review once we complete our stay.

Hostile Owners

From our first encounter until we left we were met with a hostile or maybe we just don’t care what you need attitude. Wendy. Since we were at their mercy because we had no other campground to go stay. The park hosts were friendly and helpful. The campground itself was nice. It was mostly well kept. If you are not staying long and if the park hosts are on duty I would recommend it.
