The lot is large, paved, and generally in good condition, though it sees heavy daytime traffic that can make first impressions feel a bit hectic. The surface is mostly level, which helps for overnighting, but choosing your spot wisely is key. RVs and trucks will want to tuck into the far edges of the lot, particularly along the outer perimeter or toward the back corners away from the main entrance and fuel station, where there is more breathing room and less overnight disturbance.

Immediate amenities are top-tier. Costco fuel is on-site, and you are surrounded by just about every chain restaurant and fast casual options like Bahama Breeze, Ted's Montana Grill, Rodizio Grill and The Old Spaghetti Factory as well as convenience stores you could call upon within a few minutes’ drive.
