CR 331 Dispersed near Swan River (White River NF)

Along a forested corridor of the White River National Forest near Lincoln at roughly 9,800 feet, this flat streamside pullout sits alongside a small babbling brook and draws the occasional deer. The forest road access is tight — turning around is a genuine challenge, and the final stretch turns rough and steep in fall and winter conditions when 4WD becomes essential. In summer, high-clearance passenger vehicles can make it, but the spot is best suited to compact rigs rather than anything long or wide.
