On the Rio Grande

I’ve stayed a couple of times both in and out of season. Love this CG, only downside is road noise but if you can nab a site on the river that’ll drown it out and at night there are few cars.

Ok basic, expensive

Basic campground. Pit toilets, water is turned off. A few smaller pull throughs. Expensive at $29, $31 weekends. Some spots sre right on the Rio. Railroad through the middle of the campground is maintained but have yet to see a train. Lots of road noise in the daytime.

Nice spot on river for night

We had a nice pull through site on the river. Well maintained park, $31 per night on weekends and $29 on weekdays. They appear to be reconsidering off season rates which would be much more appropriate after Labor Day. The train tracks appear long abandoned, not sure they’ve seen a train in many years.
