Lost Park Campground, near Jefferson, Colorado, is a fantastic location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With its stunning natural surroundings, this area offers a chance to immerse yourself in the great outdoors, whether you're pitching a tent or parking your RV.

The campground is known for its beautiful scenery and ample opportunities for dispersed camping, allowing you to find a secluded spot to set up camp. Visitors have raved about the long, bumpy road leading in, which adds to the adventure. As one camper noted, “We found an awesome spot off the main road about 11 or 12 miles in.” This place is perfect for those who want to feel like they’re truly away from it all.

Beautiful park, lots of dispersed camping

The road in is long and bumpy but very worth it. We never made it to the actual Campground because we found an awesome spot off the main road about 11 or 12 miles in. We drove around a bit, there are so many places to set up camp, most pretty seculded.

Love it

Cool campground with lots of dispersed camping so you won’t feel crowded by people if you want to get away. Dogs can roam and have fun. Last time I was there my dog climbed a huge boulder ! It is quite a bumpy drive though so it’s like switchback camping so make sure you have a vehicle that can make it. My Jeep made it no problem!
