Privacy

Sits along creek/ small river. No cell service. There is water and the host sells firewood. No used much and that is probably because there are 3 superior USFS campgrounds up the road. I did like the privacy and spacing which was excellent.

Life by the river

Great camping area along the San Juan with plenty of shade and privacy. Watched a fishermen catch plenty of trout with a fly rod. Chilled in chairs at rivers edge, crystal clear water, stream about 10 yards across. Tables and camping areas in great condition. Area free of trash. FCFS. About nine campsite (not sure on actual count). Dirt road about 1/4 mile away was no issue. We had three other occupied campsites.
