The Holidays Vintage Trailers — San Clemente State Beach

Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will incur an $8.25 cancellation fee + forfeiture of one night rental fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all cancelled nights___ rental fees, $8.25 cancellation.
___ Because the Holidays Vintage Trailers are operated by a Concessionaire, the California Discount Passes issued by California State Parks are not valid for the vintage trailer rentals.
___ There is 2-night minimum only on weekends (Fri/Sat).
___ There is a 2-night minimum for December 24th and 25th.
___ Sites that cannot be reserved for the minimum stay requirement may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
___ Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
___ There are no refunds for early departures.
___ Holidays Vintage Trailers are open and available for reservations Year Round.
___ Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle.
___ For Holidays Vintage Trailers, Check-in is at 2 p.m.; Check-out is at 11 a.m. Late arrivals will be given a code for a lockbox that will be attached to the trailer.
___ Late arrival guest: Late arrivals (after 5 p.m.) should contact The Holidays directly via phone at 760-707-9141 or via email at theholidaysca@gmail.com for arrival instructions as well as a lockbox combination in order to access keys to their trailer.
___ Trailers are restricted to 5 people. Max persons = 5. Beds: 1 Full/Dinette conversion bed, 1 twin/gaucho couch conversion bed, 1 twin bed, 1 overhead bunk to accommodate a child.
___ There is an 8-person/per site maximum; small tents will be allowed in designated spaces adjacent to trailers.
___ Maximum Stay 14 consecutive days at one time.
___ Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit (credit card/debit card or cash--no check) is required upon check-in.
___ No Pets allowed in any trailer, except service dogs as recognized by ADA Law Titles II and III.
___ No smoking allowed in the trailers.
___ Generator rental: Payment will be collected on site (credit card/debit card or cash--no check) is required upon check-in. A generator is available for rent for $25 a night to power the microwave and air conditioning.
___ Camping supplies and amenities include: Pots and pans, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, cutlery, linens, towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee.
___ The Holidays reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.
