Twin Lakes Trail Campsites — Sequoia National Park

Sequoia National Park's Twin Lakes Trail Campsites sit at roughly 9,000 feet elevation, reached by a six-mile mostly uphill hike. The altitude means cold temperatures are a real factor, even in summer. Sites include bear boxes and a vault toilet, and the National Park Service provides drinking water and trash service at no cost. Campers planning a longer stay in the area can also find camping near Sequoia National Park at lower elevations. Pack layers regardless of season.
