Close enough to Yosemite

Our site was not flat so we were stuck between the fire pit and bear box. Pretty quiet, but you can hear cars on the road at times. Not much privacy between sites.

We need more cowbell!

Small (10 sites), quiet and convenient location, about 15 miles from the northwest Yosemite National Park boundary. It is cheap - so no frills, vaulted toilets, picnic table, fire ring, that's about it. You may find it charming (or not) but prepare to wake up to a parade of cowbells every day. They return in the evening. Laughed so hard I fell out of my hammock. The cow sounds seem to echo at night.
