Accessible via paved roads, Skunk Point Group Campground operates as a single large group site within Trinity National Forest. The US Forest Service manages this $40-per-night reservation-based facility, which features a parking lot layout with picnic benches and one designated group tent area. Campfires and pets are both permitted at the site.
Located in forested terrain near a river, the campground functions primarily as a staging area for group gatherings rather than individual camping. The asphalt access and parking setup makes it suitable for larger vehicles and group coordination. Campers can explore places to camp around Helena for additional options in the Trinity National Forest region.
