Overpriced

Several years ago this was a great park and affordable ( with a passport America discount) lately all RV parks have raised the rates. Now this one is out of my comfort zone 7 days is over $200.00. They sell sites for $80,000 and still owners pay $500 a month for site. Lousy location! Far from what the founders had in mind

Quiet park, not for “camping”

This is an ideal park for seniors to live, or others passing through. Nothing to do in the area. Park is clean and quite. Had laundry but nothing to do.
