River access draws campers to Cher-ere Bridge Camp Site, a tribally managed campground along the Klamath River in northern California. The facility provides full hookups for RVs including electric, water, and sewer connections, plus tent sites priced at $38 per night. Recent ownership changes have brought improvements to the property, with clean bathrooms and functional showers noted by visitors.
Sites offer spacious layouts with fire pits and picnic tables, providing privacy between camping spots. The rough access road requires careful navigation, though both drive-in and walk-in options are available. Campers can find additional campgrounds near Klamath for comparison, and the Klamath River RV Park sits just half a mile west. WiFi, drinking water, and a dump station round out the amenities, with firewood available from the camp host.
Description
The campground includes fewer than 80 camp sites–providing optimal space and privacy:
24 tent sites
47 pull-through RV sites with full hook-ups (water, sewer, and 50 amp electric)
