Big Slide Campground

Trinity National Forest's Big Slide Campground sits along the South Fork Trinity River corridor near Burnt Ranch, California, managed by the US Forest Service. The site has around eight campsites with vault toilets but no water and no electricity, so campers need to bring all drinking water. A trail from the campground leads down to the South Fork Trinity River, giving access to swimming. No pets are allowed. Among campgrounds around Trinity National Forest, this one runs small and basic, so arrive with supplies already stocked.
